What's in the Mail!

Oh my favorite mail! Yards of beautiful fabric just waiting to be cut and sewn! A patttern I have been wainting for several months for Sweet pea. It is a Clever Charlotte pattern for the warmer weather that's coming our way. The fabric is the Sarah Jane line, It is a good start but there is still many more prints I am wanting for the boys and Sweet pea. ;)
I just love the boy fabrics, it is some of the best there is out there! I am not sure quite yet what I will make with them but I do have some ideas.
Sweet pea was having fun watching me sort through the new fabric while enjoying her cake and milk. She kept saying "me like it!" (gotta love  the photo!)I should have know she would take after her mommy. :)

Happy Sewing!

A Fantastic Find!

While looking through different fabric stores at night I came across this too cute fabric for children. (Sweet pea is still not feeling well, she is up almost all night long). It is from Sarah Jane Studios.

Not only does she have fantastic fabric but she makes the most wonderful prints and book too! It reminds of care free childhood days. :) You can buy from her shop here. I know a few things I am going to make with this wonderful fabric.

As soon as there is a 100 followers of Sweet pea & Pumkins I will have a fabric give away of her cutest prints! I just love to share!

Not Enough Time in a Day

I have been so busy lately that I haven't been able to complete projects that are on my list. I am working on somethings but not quite done yet. I bought some Heather Bailey fabric a couple of weeks ago. I have a couple of outfits planed for this!!

I have a pillow case dress I am wanting to make with tangerine fabric and the hibiscus flowers. Sweet pea loves, loves the Heather Baily tangerine fabric! I am going to make her a dress like the one on Girl. Inspired. I love it!

I also want to make her a dress for Easter with this fabric. I have something in mind, I just have to sit down a make the pattern up.

And here is a sneak peak at an up coming tutorial. I wanted to have it done by today but time hasn't been on my side this past week. Sweet pea has been teething and hasn't slept very much at all in the past two weeks. I am very tired! Maybe I can get some sleep tonight. :)

Have a good day!
